Autism Awareness Day

HARTFORD — Rep. John Rigby spent time with constituents at the Capitol, where a group of legislators turned out for Autisum Awareness Day. Rigby, of Colebrook, participated in a news conference led by House Speaker Chris Donovan of Meriden. Afterward, Rigby talked about Autism-related and legislative issues with parents from Barkhamsted and Winsted.
