HARTLAND — Rep. John Rigby today met with roughly 40 seniors here during their monthly lunch. Rigby, of Colebrook, addressed a variety of subjects when talking to the group, including voter registration, a Democrat-authored plan to take away the $500 property tax exemption, and legislation aimed at helping Connecticut’s dairy farmers.
