Rigby Organizes Office Hours for Winsted Residents
State Rep. John Rigby looks forward to meeting with constituents March 22 during office hours at Town Hall in Winsted from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Blue Room. Rigby, of Colebrook, invites constituents to share concerns, ideas and ask questions. He’ll provide information about recent legislation, and he’ll talk about the current legislative session.
