Rigby Participates in Graduation for Alma Mater
TORRINGTON — Rep. John Rigby participated in graduation tonight for Northwestern Regional School seniors during a ceremony at the Warner Theatre. Rigby, a Northwestern graduate himself, stood on stage and congratulated students along with officials from the four communities the school serves: Norfolk, New Hartford, Colebrook and Barkhamsted. Days earlier, Rigby presented top students (pictured above) Averill Cantwell, valedictorian, and salutatorian Gretchen Fredricksen.
