Rigby Talks Legislative Business with Region 7 Students
WINSTED — Marijuana decriminalization and leg-hold animal traps were among the topics discussed recently when Rep. John Rigby visited a class at Northwestern Regional School. Rigby, a graduate of the school, talked a bit about his background before touching off debate among students on a variety of issues that have come before Connecticut’s legislature this fall, including gay marriage.
